Management and Performance Audits

  • 2010 Efficiency Plan - Required by the City's Performance and Review Ordinance of 1999.
  • Management Audit - January 2007 - A Management Audit of Public Works by the Board of Supervisors.
  • Statement of Incompatible Activities - March 2020 - A guide for employees about activities that are incompatible with their public duties and therefore prohibited.
  • Warm Water Cove Graffiti Vandalism Project - June 2007 - A report about a Public Works initiated multi-agency effort to reclaim a park from graffiti vandals.
  • Municipal Asphalt Study - 2006 - A report evaluating the viability of the City and County of San Francisco continuing operation of the Municipal Asphalt Plant.
  • Transportation Capital Plan - 2003-04 - Provides strategic plan for managing the funding needs of transportation-related activities.
  • Surveillance Technology Policy - The City and County of San Francisco values privacy and protection of San Francisco residents’ civil rights and civil liberties. As required by San Francisco Administrative Code, Section 19B, the Surveillance Technology Policy aims to ensure the responsible use of Unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAV” or “Drone” technology) itself as well as any associated data, and the protection of City and County of San Francisco residents’ civil rights and liberties.
