1. Hearing Order 205534

To consider the validity of notices to repair that have been issued to various property owners and utility agencies for the restoration of public right-of-way sidewalks on blocks in the Visitacion Valley neighborhood bordered by:

Mansell Street on the North;

San Bruno Avenue on the East;

Campbell Avenue on the South and

Holyoke Street, Ankeny Street, Sparta Street, Harkness Avenue, and Goettingen Street on the West

 

2. Hearing Order 205626 - Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Project, Request for Exception to Subdivision Regulations Concerning Temporary Sanitary Sewer Force Main

Subdivider of the Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Project (Final Map Nos. 9228, 9235, 9856, and 10297) (“Project”) submitted a request for exception to the Subdivision Regulations. The requested exception is intended to allow for Subdivider to offer the Temporary Sanitary Sewer Force Main for dedication to TIDA to be operated and maintained by the SFPUC. The requested exception has been reviewed and deemed acceptable by each affected City Department.

Until further notice, Public Works hearings will be held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.

As the COVID-19 virus situation evolves, please visit the Public Works website (sfpublicworks.org) regularly to be updated on the current situation as it affects public hearings and the department.

Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to the Bureau of Street-Use & Mapping 49 South Van Ness Ave, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94103, Attention: Kristin Lo. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record.
