Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works will hold a remote public hearing via teleconference to consider the item(s) listed below and that said public hearing will be held as follows:

2. Public Comment                                  
Members of the public may address the hearing officer on matters that are within the department’s jurisdiction but not on today’s agenda.   

3. Hearing Order 206345 
To consider a request from the property owner of 3901 18th Street for a minor sidewalk encroachment permit to construct and place one (1) new trash enclosure (7’-5” wide) extending out 3’-8” into the public right of way along the Sanchez Street side at subject property 3901 18th St. (Block 3584, Lot 001).

4. Hearing Order 206353 
This Order supersedes Order #206349. To consider a request from the office of Supervisor Mandelman to revoke a minor sidewalk encroachment permit (13MSE-0310) at 2295 Market Street for a trash enclosure encroaching three (3) feet into the sidewalk at 16th and Market Streets.

5. Hearing Order 206361 
To consider revisions to the Public Works regulations implementing the requirements of San Francisco Public Works Code Article 25 contained in Public Works Order No. 201970.

6. Hearing Order 206362 
To consider revisions to the objective standards implementing the requirements of San Francisco Public Works Code Article 25.

7. Hearing Order 206368 
To consider Parkmerced Tentative Map Application No’s. 10699 and 10700, prepared on behalf of the Maximus, LLC., submitted on October 29, 2021, as modified by a revised tentative final map submitted on March 8, 2022.
