In accordance with Gov. Gavin Newsom’s statewide order for all residents to shelter in place and the numerous local and State proclamations, orders and supplemental directions regarding the COVID-19 virus, Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.

Hunters View Project’s Major Encroachment Permit   

 

SFPW to follow approval from SF Planning and TASC for appurtenances in the Public Right-of-Way for which maintenance and liability will pass to the Master Homeowners Association (HOA) for the Hunters View Project.

 

 

As the COVID-19 virus situation evolves, please visit the Public Works website (sfpublicworks.org) regularly to be updated on the current situation as it affects public hearings and the department.

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION   Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to INFRASTRUCTURE TASK FORCE (DPW-ITF@SFDPW.ORG). Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record. Individuals who wish to speak at the hearing and who want to use materials such as PowerPoint files, documents and photo images in their presentations must send the materials to INFRASTRUCTURE TASK FORCE via email at DPW-ITF@SFDPW.ORG by 5 p.m. the day before the hearing.
