Gavin Newsom’s statewide order for all residents to shelter in place and the numerous local and State proclamations, orders and supplemental directions regarding the COVID-19 virus, Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.

  1. Order No 204717               Potrero Power Station Tentative Map Application

 

No. 10714, prepared on behalf of the California Barrell Company, LLC., a public body corporate and politic, submitted on August 25, 2020, as modified by a revised tentative final map submitted on October 27, 2020 (“tentative map”) for a 35 Horizontal Lot, 13 Vertical Lot Subdivision, and authorize up to one-thousand four-hundred and nineteen (1,419) Residential Condominium Units, up to one-hundred and ten (110) Commercial Condominium Units, and up to two thousand six-hundred and twenty two (2,622) Parking Units.

 

As the COVID-19 virus situation evolves, please visit the Public Works website (sfpublicworks.org) regularly to be updated on the current situation as it affects public hearings and the department.

Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to James Ryan via email at James.Ryan@sfdpw.org. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record.
