Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works will hold a remote public hearing via video and teleconference to consider the item(s) listed below and that said public hearing will be held as follows:

   (Staff denied the removal and the applicant has appealed)

   To consider:  Removal of one (1) street tree without replacement
   (Staff denied the removal and the applicant has appealed)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to Bureau of Urban Forestry at 49 South Van Ness Ave. Suite 1000, San Francisco CA  94103 or urbanforestry@sfdpw.org. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record. Individuals who wish to speak at the hearing and who want to use materials such as PowerPoint files, documents and photo images in their presentations must send the materials to Bureau of Urban Forestry via email at urbanforestry@sfdpw.org by 5 p.m. the day before the hearing. If attendees access the webinar via a computer, they will be able to share documents themselves via the “share screen” functionality.
