In accordance with Gov. Gavin Newson’s statewide order for all residents to shelter in place and the numerous local and state proclamations, orders and supplemental directions, aggressive directives have been issued to slow down and reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Therefore, Public Works hearings that are held through videoconferencing will allow remote public comment. As the COVID-19 disease progresses, please visit the Public Works website (sfpublicworks.org) regularly to be updated on the current situation as it affects public hearings and the department.

Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works will hold a remote public hearing via teleconference to consider the item(s) listed below and that said public hearing will be held as follows:

  2. Order No. 23512 Treasure Island - Yerba Buena Island Project (replaces Public Works Order No. 203511)

Consideration of Tentative Map No. 10297, The Proposed Merger of Lots 3 and 4 and the Resubdivision of Lots 5 and 9 of Final Map No. 9235, Resulting in Three Lots and Authorizing up to 464 Residential Condominium Units, 464 Parking Units and 18 Commercial Condominium Units.

Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to James Ryan via email at james.ryan@sfdpw.org. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing office and made a part of the official public record. Individuals who wish to speak at the hearing and who want to use materials such as PowerPoint files, documents and photo images in their presentations must send the materials to James Ryan via email at james.ryan@sfdpw.org by 5:00 p.m. the business day before the hearing.
