Reason(s) for Tree Removal: While tree appears to have vigor, the structure is poor. Posted as a hazardous tree after reviewing service request submitted by the public about a leaning tree with a crack. Though the tree is small and has established lean, there is a cavity on the tension side of tree. Decay is likely spreading. Tree should be removed and replaced in situ by shifting away from gas and meet required distance from sewer. Added to deferred replacement report if not replaced within 120 days.

BUF cannot prune tree to improve structure and tree will lack clearance over sidewalk. After branch failure tree cannot be preserved. Remove and replace tree in current basin.
