In accordance with numerous local and State proclamations, orders and supplemental directions regarding the COVID-19 virus, Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.
As the COVID-19 virus situation evolves, please visit the Public Works website (sfpublicworks.org) regularly to be updated on the current situation as it affects public hearings and the department.
Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to Bureau of Street-Use and Mapping at 49 South Van Ness Ave. Suite 300 San Francisco, CA 94103 - Attention: SMF or smf@sfdpw.org. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record.

PowerPoint files, documents and photo images in their presentations must send the materials to SMF via email at smf@sfdpw.org by 5 p.m. one business day before the hearing. If attendees access the webinar via a computer, they will able to share documents themselves via the “share screen” functionality.
